Holmegaard's archives are heaven for glass lovers. This vase was found at the back of a shelf in the archives where, being only 12.5 cm tall, it was easy to miss. It was originally designed by Jacob E. Bang in 1965 and was called the Antique Green Range. It has now been reintroduced under the name of JEB 65 in this opal-white version – a good deal bigger than its transparent older sibling. The shape of the vase with its narrow waist and wide shoulders makes it a trendy 1960s goddess who holds flowers beautifully and is easy to fill – even with smaller bouquets.
